Wavy: soft, romantic curves cut into every edge

The lace edge is drawn to match each silhouette, so the border follows every curve exactly.

Frequently asked questions

How many panels do I need?

Count your guests. Up to 100 names fits on one panel, up to 200 on two, up to 300 on three. Names print large enough to read from a few steps back, and if your list runs long we tell you at the proof rather than quietly shrinking the names.

Do the panels match?

Yes. Every panel carries the same Our Favorite People headline, the same lace edge and the same type size, and the names run A to Z straight across the set, so two or three panels read as one chart.

What size is the chart?

Each panel is 18 inches wide by 36 inches tall, in the shape you choose. The same size as our welcome signs, so a chart and welcome sign pair beautifully.

How do I send you my guest list?

However you like. The spreadsheet on this page is the easiest, but an Excel file, a Numbers file, a Word doc, or a clear photo of the list you already have all work fine. If you keep it in Google Sheets, paste the link in the notes box instead.

What if my list is not ready yet?

Order anyway. Plenty of couples buy before the RSVPs are in and send the list later, and nothing prints until you have approved a proof, so ordering early costs you nothing and holds your spot in the schedule.

Why alphabetical instead of by table?

Guests know their own name, not their table number. An A to Z list with the table beside each name is the fastest way for a crowd to seat itself, which is why planners prefer it for full seating charts.

What if my list has a mistake?

We check every name on your proof against the list you sent and flag anything that looks off, like a missing table or a duplicated guest. Names print exactly as you typed them, so the proof is your moment to catch spelling.

Do I need stands?

The panels lean beautifully on an easel or a shelf. If you would rather they stand on their own, tick the sign stand box on this page and we will send them with your chart. You will want one per panel.

Can you match my wedding colors?

Yes. Share a hex code or a photo of your palette in the notes and we will match it on your proof.

When should I order?

Whenever you like. The chart is built from your final counts, so many couples order early and send the list once the RSVPs are in.
