By accessing or purchasing from harperkellee.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Our products. Harper Kellee designs and prints personalized wedding signage and favors. Most items are made to order with the names, dates, and details you provide.

2. Your proof and your details. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including spelling, names, dates, and wording. Before we print, we send a digital proof for your review, and nothing prints until you approve it. Once you approve your proof, you accept responsibility for its content, including anything that appeared on the proof and was approved. We will always do our best to help.

3. Orders and pricing. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a full refund.

4. Returns, cancellations, and damages. Because our products are personalized and made to order, these are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual property. All designs, artwork, photography, and content on harperkellee.com are the property of Harper Kellee and may not be reproduced, resold, or used to create derivative products without our written permission. When you place an order, you grant us permission to use the text and details you provide solely to produce your order, and you confirm that any names, monograms, or wording you submit do not infringe anyone else's rights.

6. Use of the site. You agree to use this site lawfully. Printed colors may vary slightly from how they appear on screen.

7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harper Kellee's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States.

9. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
