A few questions we get a lot. If yours isn't here, the form above is the fastest path.
When will my order ship?
Standard production is 1 to 3 business days after you approve your proof, then 3 to 5 days in transit by USPS or UPS. Most orders arrive about two weeks after you place them. We suggest ordering at least three weeks before your date.
Do you do rush orders?
Yes. At checkout you can add Rush order, front of the line for a flat fee. It moves your order to the top of our queue: your proof goes out the next business day instead of in 1 to 2, and we print and ship within 2 business days of your approval.
It speeds up our end, not the carrier's. Transit is still 3 to 5 days. One fee covers every sign in your cart, so it costs the same whether you order one piece or ten.
Can I customize something you don't sell yet?
We personalize our existing designs and we don't usually take from-scratch custom work. For a larger project, like a full signage suite, email hello@harperkellee.com with the details and we'll tell you if it's a fit.
Do you offer returns?
Because every piece is personalized and made to order, we can't accept returns on customized signage. If there's a defect, shipping damage, or an error on our end, email us and we'll make it right.
