We know what is at stake. We ship carefully, we pack to protect, and we replace anything that arrives damaged. No questions.
Processing time
We email your proof within 1 to 2 business days of your order, and printing takes 1 to 3 business days after you approve it.
Shipping time
Once shipped, delivery takes about 3 to 5 days within the United States. Most orders arrive within one to two weeks of ordering.
Shipping costs
- Free US shipping on orders over $50
- A flat shipping rate on orders under $50, shown at checkout

Every order ships carefully packed to protect it from damage in transit.
Returns and damages
Custom signs
Because every sign is made to order with your names, date, and details, we are not able to accept returns on personalized signage. We make sure you are happy before it ships, with a proof to approve and unlimited free revisions.
Damaged in transit
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement, usually the same day, at no cost.
Wrong item or a defect
If anything looks off, like a color that does not match your proof or a missing piece, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not updated in a couple of days, let us know and we will look into it.
